augustus > 3.3 is not working on older versions of funannotate (eg v`1.18.13`) so downgrade augustus

Are there error messages in logfile in the logfiles folder? Does the funannotate test work for coding quarry?

In future please try to truncate the log you provide to the necessary info or attach it as a file, this makes for a long scroll... I would recommend not...

its really hard to help without a way to reproduce your problem, knowing what is in the annotate_misc folder would help. seeing if the .tbl file has no annotations or...
