You may use the same source, just build it with actual version. There are no actual updates.

This looks more like problem in IDEA, `com.intellij.extapi.psi.ASTDelegatePsiElement#getStartOffsetInParent`
This is not about tags and this should work already. `@EXPORT` and `@EXPORT_OK` already supported. This issue is about `@EXPORT_TAGS`
