Add option to show app labels in landscape mode

Reason: on some devices, two line app labels are not visible, because there is not enough space for them.

Update to android P sources

Rebase to P sources, when uploaded. The first P-preview-1 tag can be found here: [tags/android-p-preview-1](https://android.googlesource.com/platform/packages/apps/Launcher3/+/refs/tags/android-p-preview-1), no source is uploaded yet.

This is just a note for me, the Google Play screenshots are fairly outdated, and should be refreshed.
