apparently for ie you need to specify mp4 video format , can you please check the browser compatibility http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp, sorry cause I don't use ie

for Chrome you need .ogg format , Chrome no longer supports mp4

how about FireFox ?

it's still easier to use multiple video format, ogg, mp4...etc :)
