palyer not working properly with ie 11 browser in DNN (7)platform

It works fine when chrome browser is used but shows issues when played in ie 11 browser.At first when the play button is clicked it only plays the audio of the video file, but when it is paused and then played again its working.Could you please provide a solution.It is used in DNN 7 platform

apparently for ie you need to specify mp4 video format , can you please check the browser compatibility http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp, sorry cause I don't use ie

as mentioned in the link i have given the codecs and specified the mp4 video format, it says ie 9+ for browser compatibility.I don't know wat's the issue still....
