Thanks so much for the translation. You can add a custom language file by placing it in `data/lang/form`. For docker, you would need to create your container with `-v :/opt/jfa-go/data/lang/form/`....

ok, added in 493f10fa364f6895895860fedd2dadbbe13ffec8. It'll show up in the settings menu as whatever you set in the `meta { name: "" }` field.
