Fixed with #405. Toggle Advanced settings and change the subpaths under "URL Paths". Let me know if you have any problems. I'll also add this to the FAQ shortly.
You might have had issues if you were using a reverse proxy subfolder of "/accounts" recently, the latest commit should fix that.
