0.3 DL Crashes

If you are using 0.3.DL, you need to set the 'useartwork' in server.cfg to 1 instead of 0. I don't know why, but it's worked for me.

Regarding abuse of OnPlayerConnect and OnPlayerDisconnect for scripts
