0.3 DL Crashes
I try to run FCNPC RC7 2.0 brand with 0.3 DL but it alway crashes while npc spawn

If you are using 0.3.DL, you need to set the 'useartwork' in server.cfg to 1 instead of 0. I don't know why, but it's worked for me.

So when I use useartwork it will makes every player included the npc disappear not seeing anyone
