Not returning location when location method is "Device only"

Yes, I am talking about the location mode in Android settings. I get no error, it just never returns any location data.

Feel free to refactor! I used the deprecated SettingsApi because you already used the deprecated FusedLocationProviderApi, and I thought those were from the same "generation" of APIs.
