Actually I made a mistake. The " last 1024 bytes " limitation is not in ISO 32000, it's adobe's implementaion. [this question](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11896858/does-the-eof-in-a-pdf-have-to-appear-within-the-last-1024-bytes-of-the-file) also discussed it
