fix a %%EOF bug

According to ISO 32000 3.4.4 File Trailer, %%EOF marker appear somewhere within the last 1024 bytes of the file.

Actually I made a mistake. The " last 1024 bytes " limitation is not in ISO 32000, it's adobe's implementaion.
