Cannot reproduce on Kindle. The log doesn't help unfortunately. Does it crash on choosing other actions in the highlight dialog? Do you have any user patches installed?
I've got the Voyage, hard buttons work good. Do they work in the native reader? Can you show koreader/crash.log.
The feedback level is adjusted in the native settings, not in KOReader.

The loaded_successfully flag looks simpler, and it handles user patches. The downside: reenabling **all** user patches and plugins one by one (with restart) is not user friendly.
