@ferrariofilippo thanks for the good info. I was able to reproduce it and I think I can fix it.

I think isPrivate is better because developers tend to think the default is false and it is easier to understand if we set true when needed.

Or, it is better to prepare IPrivateAction.

Network PCs are now displayed in the sidebar by #15388. Do we still need a shortcut to the network shell folder in the sidebar? I no longer think it is...
