Feature: Prompt to enable network discovery when clicking the Network option
What's the Problem?
Currently if it disabled it just shows a blank folder.

There should be a prompt to enable network discovery on windows

I’m not sure we can detect if the network discovery is on or off.

Network PCs are now displayed in the sidebar by #15388. Do we still need a shortcut to the network shell folder in the sidebar? I no longer think it is necessary as with This PC.
I mean if you disable network discovery, File Explorer shows warning on the top of the page notifying that, but still FE’s sidebar shows network PC.

I know, but should they be displayed by default? If you want to access Network shell folder, you can pin it like This PC.
@yaira2 what's your thought? In fact, I removed Network shell folder from the sidebar in #15422.
I would think it’s worth keeping it under the network section, but I’d defer to users who use network drives and give their opinion more weight than my own.
