PDF Viewers are not consistent as far as taking page `UserUnit` into account for page size. Eg. Apple Preview does not. The PDF spec does not say anything about `UserUnit`...

You have to ensure your file is valid before applying any operation. Send me the ouput of: `pdfcpu validate -v fenbushi.pdf`
This should be fixed with the latest commit!

Sorry, I am unable to reproduce your problem using the linked PDF and the current commit. Filling all checkboxes works as intended.
