Right now there are no complaints and pdfcpu is a light user of this package. I will keep this open as a reminder though. Thanks for reporting this.
Sorry to get back a little late on this.. We do not want to introduce CGO into pdfcpu. I take a look at what you have got implemented.
Handling JBIG2Decode is in the pipeline.
PDF stamps are designed to just use the content stream bytes of a specific page - so no annotations.

That is because this PDF doc is violating the specification. Who ist the PDF Writer that created your file? Can you share the file?
