Conda package for 1.99 not working properly

Hey DrYak, I tried it again, but it still fails. I am using Ubuntu 18.04.3, no VM or docker, with a new miniconda3 environment for shorah. I tried it now...

When aligner is cellrangerarc the step MTX_TO_SEURAT failed
