I got all issues solved by replacing setfacl with chown for qnap-kernels. I guess that could be a safe if-else choise to patch the entrypoint.sh because it affects only qnap-kernels
I managed to create a patch for sorting the directories and files in a more logical way. This looks probalby like an ugly beast for those who know better around...

I have now had this fix ($addr = pack(CnC, 127, 0, 1);) since your suggestion, and the port has not been locked since then, so for me this has helped...
