In a local morph instance, this runs successfully but appears to run 4 times, which seems odd? ``` Injecting configuration and compiling...  -----> Ruby app detected -----> Compiling Ruby...

When I first ran the [forked scraper](https://morph.io/morph-test-scrapers/argentina-diputados-wikidata) it got 100 items. Running it a second time resulted in a empty database.
