We do have this information parsed in our XML. Here's the pair information from the HoR example above (division 2 on 2013-03-21): https://gist.github.com/henare/f127e4abd229b87e3039#file-pair_division_example-xml-L151-L160
A quick search of the source code only reveals [one mention](https://github.com/openaustralia/publicwhip/blob/6093d3973b4f5f083f804625cecfccad1750ab91/php/loader/PublicWhip/Clean.pm#L45) of the word "pair" so it looks like this was not supported in the UK.
