Thanks @bephinix & @qrkourier for the notes. Just taking a look at #102 it seems that the CRDs are now optional through the values options, see [here](https://github.com/cert-manager/trust-manager/blob/v0.4.0/deploy/charts/trust-manager/values.yaml#L80-L82).
