Not sure, if I am missing something, here. In src/Ordering.API/Application/DomainEventHandlers/OrderCancelledDomainEventHandler.cs, the Handle method creates the IntegrationEvent, but never submits it to the EventBus. It just add's that event to IntegrationEventLog...
