首页项目建议添加分组的概念

比如我有A B C D四大产品，每个产品下面对应有1 2 3 4子项目，即项目列表为 A-1 A-2 A-3 A-4 ---------------D-4 ，这样的话登录上去显得比较乱，建议添加分组的概念 多个项目集中一个组这样方便管理。

建议授权支持用户多选

where can i config the chart_id?

in jenkins gloable config and in job ,i did not find chart_id that i can config it?

1、metics资源和插件已安装 ，view用户有metrics权限，但是界面不显示资源监控，admin 用户可显示 2、view用户有 pod/exec 、forward的权限，把对应token下载下来连接对应集群 也可以进入容器，但是界面不显示 exec 和forword 的按钮
