kuboard viewer用户权限问题

1、metics资源和插件已安装 ，view用户有metrics权限，但是界面不显示资源监控，admin 用户可显示 image image image 2、view用户有 pod/exec 、forward的权限，把对应token下载下来连接对应集群 也可以进入容器，但是界面不显示 exec 和forword 的按钮 image image
