@ravich2-7183 Thank you for your help. I will try to use OpenCV2.4.9 to see if the problem would be solved.

The terminal says that gui is on, but i cn't find GUI

You might need to check whether you have your camera opened. And change the launch file to make ptam.launch subscribe the topic which your camera published.
