It's probably too soon to default to manylinux, but we might want to fall back to it if there's not a more specific P3M binary available.
IMO it's going to be hard to justify the work to do this 99% correctly in R given that an LLM will do it for you 95% correctly.

Hmmmm, the `ORDER BY` in subqueries question is a good one. I think that might require a new database capability where individual backends could define whether or not that's supported....
