Probably should also reconsider whether we qualify with just the table name; it probably should be the full table path.
@hadley see note in #1482; that also doesn't work for all backends. Will tackle this after #1624 since it'll be easier to add a new capability then.
@iangow thanks for checking! Not sure why you're seeing issues with `glue_sql2()`; dbplyr no longer uses it.
