What issue are you experiencing? Which version of the UCP are you trying to use? Are you using the new GUI? What zip folder are you expecting to see?

Which Windows version are you using? You could try the new UCP3 ?
If you launch the UCP3 GUI, can you share a screenshot of the full GUI window with the Launch tab open? Then I can see what is wrong
Your GUI version is very old, try donwloading the latest one: https://github.com/UnofficialCrusaderPatch/UnofficialCrusaderPatch/releases/tag/alpha-v1.0.5
What you can do is, in Steam, do "verify integrity of game files" for stronghold crusader. Then it will probably work
