Just looping back here to say that there's been no reoccurrence of this crash in the 22.8 beta so far. However, **it's too early to tell if this is fixed**...

I'm just letting you know I'm reorganizing the "Performance improvements" issues and moved them to a new GitHub project. I will clarify this over Slack.
I marked the WP and JP Sentry issues resolved in 24.9 to show these have been resolved on the Sentry Alerts issue list.
