This seems like a client issue, i.e. Moonlight. This bug tracker is for Sunshine.

I can confirm the green line with my RX6650 on Ubuntu 24.04.3 (kernel 6.14, mesa 25.0.7, no kisak PPA) when encoding 1080p in h265. I couldn't find an unaffected version....

With the latest pre-releases the logs should have a line detailing the settings used for the Opus audio codec. You might want to check the logs again with a pre-release....

Thanks for reporting the issue. I don't think the architecture is 32-bit and I highly doubt the capture method is the (unreleased) pipewire capture method. Logs are always appreciated even...
