You have to use [pw_context_connect_fd](https://docs.pipewire.org/group__pw__core.html). You can for example look at [implementation in OBS Studio](https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/blob/37b40184a058a90aefb15b9b3281bfc60fa61865/plugins/linux-pipewire/pipewire.c#L1134).
