qt 5.15.18 and keepassxc file dialog problem

I already got that problem but it got away, I am not sure why.

In keepasxc (that uses qt5), in the file dialog, I am sometimes unable to click on a directory in the left pane of the dialog. Or choose a file. This seems to come from chromium and something in mutter (using gnome shell here on archlinux). Once chromium closed, it works fine.

And since qt has been upgraded to 5.15.18, this is happening again.

I have rebuilt qaqwaitadecorations-qt{5,6} and qt5-wayland-decorations but that changes nothing

Does qt5-wayland-decorations need another update?

Does it happen with Bradient decorations that come from Qt itself?

So I made more tests and: It only happenned once with the classic theme (chosen in keepassxc's theme sub-menu)

But this happens sometimes with the dark theme that I use. With or without qadwaitadecorations installed!? I can't pinpoint what is triggering the problem

Chromium does not seem to be the root cause, after all. Something else is at play here.
