fedora media writer does not detect usb for windows

hello , i downloaded fedora media writer from fedoraporject.org , then i installed it but when i run it while inserting the usb it cannot detect it, it is showing there are no portable drives connected , ( i even tried running it as administrator but it still didnt work, also tried reinstalling it , also tried ) so can you help me .

Hi, can you please include logs from MediaWriter? The logs are in your documents directory.
