Updated the reflect the rename. I needed to change the configuration slightly since WS2812s and WS2801s have slightly different requirements for configuration, so I've added a "strip specific configuration" section...

I just moved from the published version to 1.9.0-2b via BRAT, and can confirm that the custom head content is _not_ getting pulled in the 1.9.0 beta versions
the REST api doesn't support it, but I dug through the server code a bit today and it looks like it should be easy to pipe through. I'll ask @benlower...
@piperRyan - did you end up making any progress on this? I was looking for a way to contribute and this seemed like a good path
