Issue title still incorrect. The log file is truncated and doesn't start from the app startup.
Not sure what you are trying to do, but the issue is still incorrect (still mentions Kavita in the title), and it's still not clear what you have done to...
There's no lock-in, there's a rest api that offers all features. The webui uses the api, so any action available in the ui can be done using the api also.
The api is documented using openapi, you can use openapi codegen to generate clients for any language supported.

If you've tried got to height you may have noticed you can't scroll horizontally, so that's probably not a good solution either.
