Try deleting the lucene folder too, and then start komga.

You may have a duplicate process accessing the same file, which gives the error. Check if you have 2 komga instances running, or in doubt reboot.

That error means 2 processes are concurrently trying to access the index. You will need to check your system to find out who's accessing the files.

In your compose file the mount for `/config` is `/Users/[me]/Documents/komga` but in the previous message you mention it's under `/Volumes/WD2TB/Media/Data/Komga/Config` ?

Komga supports epub so I'm not sure why you had to convert to pdf?

Converting text books to image pdf is really not a good solution, you should look at software that handles text books natively.

You mention Kavita, this is komga. You also don't explain what the symptoms are. "killed my server" doesn't mean much.
