Actually, the "content" view is very similar to what I'd want on a title slide. A setting to have the content view be the "first" slide or what is shown...

I like the idea of a preferred default.

the statistics shouldn't be calculated until `tw_end` is called (currently they are calculated and printed during `tw_run` after the simulation is over).

ROSS pre-allocates all event memory. Thus, every event must be able to hold the maximum event size. We currently see this as an optimization... and probably won't change it any...
