Early on, I think these were templates for the user creating new markdown files. I'm not sure if the are still used.
We could change the [generated example](https://github.com/spdx/tools-java/blob/master/examples/org/spdx/examples/FullSpdxV3Example.java) to include the examples from the AI BOM whitepaper.

+1 on using a `BsiPropertyExtension` class in place of the CDX extension - it would communicate the semantics of the extensions more directly to the consumer of the SPDX document....
