What _property.md and _vocab.md are used for?

Looks like these two files are unused neither in spdx-3-model nor spec-parser:

• model/Core/Properties/_property.md
• model/Core/Vocabularies/_vocab.md

Do they meant to be a template for some editor/generator?

Does it possible to remove them without any consequence?

Early on, I think these were templates for the user creating new markdown files.

I'm not sure if the are still used.

Interesting. It will be handy for Profile contributors to have such an ability to create a new file with some suggested structure.

If we can find ways to use that we can keep (and update) the files.

Or we can remove them.
