add constant was added in 2.4. the minimum is 2.3 at the moment

In previous version of the library i had this feature, but i have removed it (and added) many times. So at the moment I'm not propense to accept this PR....

Most probably I need do define and publish some rules (as example the coding standard to use...). Will try to do int in the next weeks

are you using jms/metadata v1.7.0 ?

did you warm up all the metadata? to benefit of this feature, you need to use https://github.com/schmittjoh/JMSSerializerBundle/pull/615 first
