In the new version there are some tiles, which are missing internal tiling, e.g.: https://s3.amazonaws.com/elevation-tiles-prod/geotiff/12/1983/1603.tif https://s3.amazonaws.com/elevation-tiles-prod/geotiff/12/1984/1604.tif

We can provide you 1m (or 5m) DEM in EPSG:3912, in .xyz format. Creative Commons 2.5 license It is a small country so I would understand if priorities are elsewhere....
