We can provide you 1m (or 5m) DEM in EPSG:3912, in .xyz format. Creative Commons 2.5 license

It is a small country so I would understand if priorities are elsewhere. However, if you have time, it would be nice.

5 meter works best right now with our zoom 15 max_zoom (and we can file a new issue to track adding 1 meter at a future date).
