Looks good, there's no more new failing tests. merging.
Since you said you feel unconfident of this, maybe add a postive/negative test for this?

3.2.1 was a hot release and we only released for mainnet, this is something we should fix by having a release for devnet. For 3.3.0, we release alpha for devnet...

I think we'd better have a way to configure the raw sources from the init command, the above fix seems hacky.
Looks like there's just no way I can get it work as I don't have srb exectuable. Having a system proxy also won't make it work, as I still get...
I already said the hack I gave above won't fix this issue.
