I think this may have been fixed.
It behaves properly on my end with the available by default icon themes in Pop. Might be an issue with that specific icon theme.
I think it would be better to just not show the battery icon and its text when the system doesn't have a battery, similar to how the battery applet behaves.
Alternatively, the repo could be renamed to `cosmic-app-library`, since it doesn't quite match the naming scheme of other repos currently.

While menus are currently fixed size and can't resize dynamically, their width was increased in Files, so maybe this can be closed?
This should be improved (or completely fixed) when the scrollbar is made thinner and closer to the edge.
