API.ai does not work.

On the website for this tutorial and in the README.md, API.ai does not direct to an address. As a result the tutorial is unable to be completed.

Seems like this voicebot is no longer working, it doesnt return respond.. not sure whats causing the issue could be dialogflow v1 -> v2 upgrade or so, kindly assist
