How to add support for other languages, let's say chinese or so?

Firstly for recognizing any other language other than English, you'll have to configure it like here and for adding support for other languages like Chinese, you can maybe use google translate API to convert the language to English, generate a response using that English query and then again translate that response to English language. I tried it with Indian languages and the results were not good.
