when start game ,get "can't find driectx or Gpu"error

@fwarmuth compiling x64 as Release resolve DirectX problem. However, the game shows a black window on startup and then crashes. Do you know something about it?

@rmichnovicz do you have files for GTAV? i compiled all but it crashes
