when start game ,get "can't find driectx or Gpu"error

when i start witcher3 game ,Always popping up error"GPU dose not meet minimal requirements. Support for DirectX 11 is required". does anyone know how to fix?

Hey, had the same thing with GTAV. For me compiling x64 as Release was the key.

@fwarmuth compiling x64 as Release resolve DirectX problem. However, the game shows a black window on startup and then crashes. Do you know something about it?
