Patch vulnerabilities around target="_blank"

Add rel="noopener noreferrer" to all target="_blank" in order to patch a vulnerability presented [here](https://www.jitbit.com/alexblog/256-targetblank---the-most-underestimated-vulnerability-ever/)

The number reported in Speedtracker is 87 as opposed to 98 for mobile / 100 for desktop on PageSpeed Insights' website (possibly related issue #60)

Append noreferrer to rel in order to patch vulnerability in older FF versions

While this is not an issue for newer version of Firefox, I felt it couldn't hurt to add this to cover older versions of Firefox
